Rude staff
Decent location, nice, clean, comfortable room with a balcony.
The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. I was refused chopsticks over the phone from the receptionist to eat my ramen in my room and was told I'd have to get chopsticks elsewhere despite the fact the hotel sold instant ramen in their lobby - so how did they expect guests to eat it? I went downstairs and asked again for chopsticks and they reluctantly gave me some. Secondly I called reception asking for a bath towel on my second morning. It took almost 45mins for them to bring the towel and when I followed up after 30minutes the woman rudely hung up on me when I asked how much longer it might take. The bed was also a bit uncomfortable. Overall not a bad hotel but the staff made me uncomfortable. The roomkeeper was however kind.

«Pozione okay… strada troppo trafficata!!!»
Ottimo hotel , molto pulito e vicino alla fermata della metro.
Camera piccola e in posizione rumorosa, ci troviamo in un punto in cui ci sono diverse strade che si intersecano fra loro( peccato!!!) Spazio esterno veramente super piccolo!( inusufruibile)

„Autobahnhotel
Lage ist in Ordnung. Mann muss 10 Minuten bis zu Seomyeon laufen.
Personal kann kein Wort englisch. Wasser bekommen man nur, wenn das Zimmer sauber gemacht wird. Das wird nur gesäubert, wenn man das Schild anbaue Tür hängt. Es ist verdammt laut weil es das Hotel an der Autobahn ist.
